ADVISORY & CONSULTING

Strategic Advisory

A deal you want structured right, or a business you want to run better. You do not have to bring us in as partners to get our best work; bring us the problem, and the first conversation is complimentary.

FOR YOUR DEAL

A second set of seasoned eyes.

You found it, you will own it, and you want it structured right before you commit. What you get:

  • Structure. A shape for the deal nobody has shown you: a trade with more than two parties, financing the seller carries, a lease with an option to buy.

  • Risk. The problems found on paper, before they cost money: title, tax posture, the clause everyone else skims.

  • The offer. A written offer ready to negotiate, in plain language that creates a meeting of the minds.

  • The verdict. A clear go or no-go with real numbers behind it. If the deal is bad, hearing it from us is the cheapest thing that happens to you all year.

FOR YOUR OPERATION

A business that runs better.

You run a real estate business, and it runs you. What you get:

  • On, not in. Most owners work in the business every day, forever. The money and the freedom are in working on it.

  • Your numbers. Cash flow, receivables, what each door or pad or bay actually earns: known cold, on one page.

  • Hours back. Workflows rebuilt with modern intelligence, so work your people redo by hand happens in minutes, with checks they can see.

  • A machine. Systems and reporting that run without you standing over them, so the value stays when you step away.

You leave with:

  • 01A written recommendation you can act on, not a deck of options.
  • 02The numbers behind it, shown plainly enough to challenge.
  • 03A scope, in writing, before any fee: what we will do, what it costs, what you receive.
  • 04No obligation to go further, and no pitch to become partners unless you raise it.

How it works.

01It begins with a note or a discovery call, held in confidence from the first word.
02The first conversation is complimentary. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
03If the problem calls for real work, we scope it plainly and get to work.

Fees pay for the work, scoped in writing before it begins. Some engagements stay advisory, and some grow into joint projects; either is welcome.
